01 — What we understood

From our conversation, this is the picture we are working with.

The MaroBrothers is a real estate marketing and media boutique. You present selected luxury properties through story-driven video, you collaborate with other agencies, and your inventory of 70–100 properties lives in the Inmobalia shared feed. Your audience finds you through Instagram and YouTube, and your brand identity is already strong and consistent.

The new website has four jobs:

  1. Give you the full toolset of a professional real estate website: property listing, search, filters and individual property pages, synchronized with Inmobalia.

  2. Keep the essence of your story-driven way of presenting featured properties, and where possible elevate it.

  3. Become the destination for your social media audience, so the attention you build on Instagram and YouTube converts into leads that belong to you.

  4. Build authority and trust for both sides of your business: real estate and media.

03 — Option 1

The Sytio Platform

Sytio is a real estate platform born from ten years of building premium websites for agencies on the Costa del Sol. The website is the product; the CRM, the inventory tools and the marketing layer come connected to it from day one.

What is included

  • A premium website adapted to The MaroBrothers brand identity, with sections designed for this project: a curated featured properties area on the homepage, a full searchable property list, and a page presenting your media and production services.
  • Live synchronization with your Inmobalia feed. Your 70–100 properties are on the website from day one and stay updated automatically.
  • Full property search and filtering, individual property pages, and lead capture forms connected to the built-in CRM with a visual pipeline, so every enquiry from your social audience is tracked in one place.
  • Unlimited languages (English as primary), analytics dashboard, and up to 5 users.
  • Hosting, security, and updates included. The platform improves every month, and every improvement reaches your website automatically.

04 — Option 2

Atelier

Websites made to commission. No molds.

Atelier is the studio side of our work: websites made to commission, designed page by page for one client, with no molds. The most recent Atelier piece is Solvilla, which is how you found us.

For The MaroBrothers, the commission is unusually interesting. You have two businesses that today live apart: a real estate operation with almost no structured web presence, and a media production company that occupies your current website. Atelier would unify them into a single editorial experience — a website that presents properties with the same standard your videos already set.

The arrival — a property, opened like a story

A bespoke story-driven format for featured properties — cinematic, magazine-quality, designed from scratch. This module is a concept preview; your footage takes its place.

What is included

  1. Creative direction and concept. We design the experience with you, starting from the instinct you described: video and social content integrated into the way properties are presented, rather than displayed next to them.

Prefer the website to operate without the platform? We deliver the same bespoke piece with a standalone content manager instead of the Sytio engine — no CRM, lead management or marketing layer; hosting and maintenance quoted separately — for €21,000.

If you start with the platform and later prefer to operate independently, we prepare the standalone content manager for a one-time fee of €5,000 (available after the initial term). The website keeps working; nothing is lost.

Whichever way you enter, the road to full independence costs the same. The lower entry price is a real choice, never a trap.
